There is also the colourful art of the international artist Gustavo Peñalver, that fills the interiors in this most welcoming of hotels. This painter and sculptor from Cartagena, who has lived in Majorca for 20 years, has had more than 150 individual and collective exhibitions inside and outside Spain.

 

 

 

 

VINTAGE 1934 RESTAURANT

Vintage 1934 is creative Mediterranean gastronomy, with recipes that seek to surprise using 100% fresh and seasonal produce. 

Its menu, updated every season and specialising in fresh fish and top-quality meats, brings you its star dish made with lobster recently fished from the restaurant's own hatchery excavated into the rock, that is only a few metres from the kitchens. 

A dynamic culinary proposal that, thanks to the expertise of the chef Fernando Palomino, manages to seduce through the senses, season after season. 

Also worthy of a mention is the dessert menu, devised by the international confectioner Oriol Balaguer. 

And the perfect complement to all this is an extensive wine list with plenty of local, Spanish and international choices.
